Return Policy

Not Happy with the book : We want you to love your book. If anything is not quite right, just let us know the details and we will make it right with a free reprint.

Book arrives damaged or mis-printed  -   We are happy to reprint and reship the book for free. Write to us within 14 days of receiving the book stating the the issue to our email id hello[at]ministoryofmemory.com

 

Customs & taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

 

Cancellations

Once the orders are place the order moves through our workflow and its almost impossible to cancel or modify the order. Please double check your photos, spelling, and shipping address before checkout. Add a couple of additional photos than what your book needs.
